Shipping policy

Custom orders are made on demand and can take 2-4 weeks to ship. Once order is complete, you will be notified, and orders will ship as selected in checkout.

Shipper Issues: Please note we are not responsible for shipper-based issues. Including but not limited to delay, loss, or damage. This also applies to International Shipping.

Shipping Costs: Are non-refundable. Including the shipping costs you paid when you placed your order and on any returns-related shipping costs.
