Refund policy

Please note that all Mustkies products are handcrafted. No product will be handcrafted the same.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Mustkies will accept a return or exchange (except on Custom Orders) on any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Please note Custom Orders are not refundable. Returns that are unused and in its original condition and made within 14 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process and post from your bank and credit card company.

Mustkies will not accept returns made after 14 days of the order delivery date.
